Lyceum International School Panadura is the second branch to open, inaugurated in 2000 on the 3rd of May the school was established by our founder Dr. Mohan Lal Grero and Coordinating Principal Dr. Kumari Grero. Since its inception, the school has grown from 23 students to over 3700 students, with a staff of over 500. From its humble beginnings in a colonial house on Jayathilake Mawatha, it now has three locations within Panadura; Walana (the Main School Complex), Bekkegama (Primary) and Kiriberiya (Grounds), with the additional leaf school in Kalutara.
Lyceum prides itself in staying true to Sri Lankan values while educating children according to international academic standards. Lyceum Panadura is no different and continues this tradition. Lyceum International Schools opened its doors in the Panadura region on the 3rd of May 2000 as “Lyceum International School Panadura”. The second branch of the Lyceum Group initiated its triumphant journey under the guidance of Founder Dr Mohan Lal Grero and Coordinating Principal Dr (Mrs) Kumari Grero. The school has now established itself as a leading international school with the main school at Walana (Panadura), the Primary at Bekkegama, and the Sports Grounds at Kiriberiya.
The school has stretched its boundaries expeditiously in the infrastructure and educational arena to satisfy the increasing demand for a leading international school in the metropolitan city of Panadura. Lyceum Panadura continues to expand with the latest strategic inventions and involvements. The school accommodates over 3500 students, both girls and boys ranging from Pre-Primary up to Advanced Level.
