Global Foundation Programme

The Lyceum Global Foundation is a stepping stone for students who wish to progress into the first year of a degree program, providing an alternative qualification to A-Levels. This Global Foundation is integrated into the school curriculum, allowing students to complete the qualification within one year.

The Lyceum Global Foundation is ideal for students who have completed their O-Levels and are either planning to pursue A-Levels or looking for a faster, more cost-effective route to enter university.

Entry Requirement
Students who have completed their O-Levels according to the criteria below can pursue the foundation:

  • National O/L’s: 4 C passes (including English and a pass for Mathematics)
  • International Edexcel/Cambridge OL’s: 16 points (including English 4 points and a pass for Mathematics)
    (A = 9|8, A = 7, B = 6|5, C = 4, D = 3, E = 2, G = 1)*
International GCSE grading scale: numerical to alphabetical grades conversion chart.
