The very first Lyceum International School branch opened its doors on 14th June 1993. It was a small step, that was the start of an exceptional journey in education, with the vision to mould young students into compassionate global citizens.
From its inception, Lyceum International School has aimed to provide quality, affordable education in the English medium, while adhering to international standards. Most importantly, we are aware that education is more than just academics; we have created a well-balanced curriculum that also focuses on character development, with opportunities for creative expression and co-curricular activities.
Lyceum upholds Sri Lankan traditions, and our students learn within a multicultural and multi-ethnic environment. With consistent progress over the past years and a dedicated teaching staff with a supportive Management team, the Lyceum network has evolved from simple beginnings to its present position as an outstanding educational institution.
Today, our network consists of nine Lyceum branches; in Nugegoda, Panadura, Wattala, Rathnapura, Gampaha, Nuwara Eliya, Anuradhapura, Kurunegala and Avissawella, offering immersive educational experiences for young minds. Additionally, our Leaf Schools focus on providing high-quality Pre-Primary education, strongly based in a child-friendly environment.
Keeping the Lyceum vision alive, through each of our students and our dedicated staff members, we certainly look forward to the progress of Lyceum International Schools.
