Lyceum Bridging Cultures, Shaping Global Citizens – ICCR’s School Connect Programme

Lyceum International School, Wattala, had the honour of hosting Bharatiyam – ICCR’s School Connect Programme, an enriching initiative conducted by Prof. (Dr.) Ankuran Dutta, Director of the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), High Commission of India in Sri Lanka.

This insightful session provided students with a deeper appreciation of India’s rich cultural heritage and the enduring bond between India and Sri Lanka. Prof. (Dr.) Ankuran Dutta inspired senior students to embrace global perspectives while staying rooted in their cultural identity and encouraged them to engage in educational and cultural exchanges, shaping them into future global leaders.

The event was graced by Principal Ms. Stella Anton, members of the School Management, and esteemed representatives from Lyceum Global Holdings, reflecting the school’s commitment to fostering international collaboration.
