• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to mentor, motivate, and support teachers.
• Experience in managing student discipline and behaviour.
• Experience in coordinating academic programmes and school events.
• Experience in conducting classroom observations and providing constructive feedback.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school management.
