• Previous experience working with students with special educational needs will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of differentiated and individualized teaching approaches.
• Ability to adapt lessons and learning activities according to individual student needs.
• Strong communication, patience, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
