Responsibilities

• Guide students in setting personal, academic, and co-curricular goals.
• Provide one-on-one and group mentoring sessions focusing on personal development, stress management, and social skills.
• Manage student discipline constructively, promoting growth and positive behavior.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and mentoring sessions.
• Collaborate with parents, teachers, and staff to ensure holistic student support.

Requirements

• A Diploma or Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in mentoring, coaching, or counseling (preferably in an educational setting).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of empathy, patience, and ethical standards.
• Fluency in English.
