Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to grow and enhance the school’s sports programs.
- Oversee daily administration of sports activities, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Collaborate with coaches, teachers, students, and management to align sports programs with educational goals and community values.
- Manage and mentor a team of administrative staff and support personnel, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Coordinate with external organizations, community partners, and sponsors to support and promote school sports initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Science, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certification is advantageous.
- Over five years of experience in administration/ management, with a demonstrated history of sports involvement at least at the school level.
- Understanding of sports management principles and practices, particularly in an educational setting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
