• Bachelor’s Degree or relevant qualification in English, Speech & Drama, Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience (preferred).
• Strong command of English and public speaking skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate Middle School students.
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
• Passion for student development.
