Ms. Sindhuja, with over 18 years of experience in the field of education, began her career in 2008 and joined Lyceum in 2016 as a Sectional Head (Pre-Primary & Primary) at Lyceum International School, Nuwara-Eliya. She was then promoted to Deputy Principal in 2017, going on to become the Principal of Lyceum Nuwara-Eliya in 2019. She continued to serve as Principal until mid-2023, demonstrating strong leadership and a deep commitment to academic excellence. In the same year, she joined Central Services as a Senior Manager.
On 17th December 2024, she was appointed as the Assistant Coordinating Principal and is currently serving Lyceum International Schools, Lyceum Leaf Schools, and Lyceum Day Care.
She holds a Master of Philosophy in Computer Science (M.Phil.,), a Master of Science in Computer Science & Information Technology (M.Sc.,), and a Bachelor of Science in Physics (B.Sc.,).
