Mr. Nethan Wijesinghe currently serves as the General Manager – Chief Registrar of Lyceum International School overseeing and directing Education Operations of all 10 branch schools. Mr. Nethan started his career in the education sector as a teacher for Gateway College where he served for 9 years, he then worked for an international organization in the capacity of a Manager overseeing the training schools in South Asia.
His career at Lyceum started with the role of Warden at Lyceum International School Panadura and thereafter was promoted as the Deputy Principal, Principal, Deputy General Manager and General Manager. Under his leadership, the school has achieved success including the expansion of Lyceum International School Panadura. His knowledge in the management sector, strong leadership skills and over 15 years of experience in the international schools system in Sri Lanka are vital for the successful operation of Lyceum International Schools.
Mr. Wijesinghe completed his secondary education at S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia and then moved to London, United Kingdom to achieve a bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Care & Ministry while working as a teacher for Mount Prison Bovingdon, Hertfordshire operated by His Majesty’s prison service. Mr. Wijesinghe holds a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Care from Minnesota, USA and is pursuing a LLB with the university of London.
