Lyceum International School Wattala won the Under 16 and 18 Girls Championship at the Inter International Schools' Netball Tournament organized by Colombo International School Colombo which was held on the 10th and 11th March 2018 at St Josephs College Colombo.
Lyceum Wattala teams were unbeaten in all preliminary matches. The Under 16 finals were played against Lyceum International School Panadura and Under 18 Finals were played against Gateway College Colombo with the score of 15-07 and 12-4 respectively.

International Schools Athletic Championship 2018 was held on 23rd, 24th and 25th February 2018 at Diyagama Mahinda Rajapaksa Stadium, Homagama .
The International Schools Athletic Championships (ISAC), which commenced in 2001 was the brainchild of the Founder, late Mr. R. I. T. Allas of Gateway College, has now established itself as the biggest national flagship sporting event in the school calendar of The International Schools of Sri Lanka (TISSL).
This year’s ISAC has special significance for Lyceum International School, Nugegoda as this was the 9th time that we took over the organization of such a challenging meet. Around 1500 athletes from the International Schools mentioned above, competed in 106 events for both boys and girls.
Also major props have to be given to the organizing committee for all their hard work and contribution towards this event. Initially it was planned to have the event take place in Sugathadasa Stadium, Colombo. But because the stadium was under construction, the venue had to be changed to Diyagama Mahinda Rajapakse stadium. Lyceum International School Nugegoda and Lyceum International School Panadura played their annual cricket encounter for the Nikitha Grero Challenge Trophy, on 17th February at P.Saravanamuththu Stadium, Colombo. Captain of the Lyceum International School Panadura won the toss and decided to bat first and all were out for 196 runs 42.3 overs. Sheron Liyanage of Lyceum Panadura top scored with 65 runs and Vihanga Ambeypitiya of Lyceum International School, Nugegoda captured 4 wickets for 22 runs in 7.3 overs with one maiden over. In reply, Lyceum International School Nugegoda scored their target 197 runs in of just 24.1 overs.
Vihanga Abeypitiya the all-round cricketer of Lyceum International School, Nugegoda scored the first ever century in the history of Lyceum Annual Cricket Encounter with a score of 117 runs.
