It is with great pleasure that we announce “The Artist in Me”, an Art and Craft exhibition organized by the Learning Support Unit of Lyceum International School, Nugegoda. The aim of the exhibition is to highlight the hidden talents of children who may struggle to succeed in a standard classroom environment, through various forms of art, such as paintings, sketches, photography and crafts. We envision a world where differences are appreciated and strengths are highlighted, where children with different abilities grow in confidence and are empowered to reach their full potential. Thus, revolving around the theme of empowerment, for the first time we will be showcasing the artistic talents of these children.
The exhibition will be held at the school premises on Wednesday the 17th of January from 9:00 am – 1:00pm at the Bellerophon Hall. Do join us as we take a step to empower our future generations to dream big and to never give up. All parents and students welcome to visit the exhibition.
