The very first Prize-giving ceremony of the Sri Ananda English Medium Dhamma School concluded successfully at the Lyceum Adventure Park , Kurunegala. This Dhamma School, which is also affiliated to Maliyadeva Vidyarakshaka Pirivena is the very first Buddhist School of its kind in the North Western Province that is conducted by an international school.

The Inter International Under 13 Cricket tournament organized by Lyceum Wattala and held recently at Railway, Mahara and Lyceum Wattala Grounds. The first round of matches were played and won against Wycherley International School, Royal Institute and OKI International. Lyceum cricketers won the match against Stafford International School Colombo in the Semi Finals, and became Champions in the finals, played against British School Colombo.

In order to make cultural values to the future generations, the academic staff of the pre - primary section of Lyceum International School Kurunegala was organised a Sinhala and Tamil New Year Celebration program recently at the school premises.
The Nursery to Grade 5 students of Lyceum International School Nugegoda recently celebrated the Sinhala and Tamil New year during the last week of school.
All students were dressed in their colorful traditional attire and engaged in the traditions linked to the Avurudu celebrations from lighting of the hearth and boiling of milk, partaking of food, ganu-denu to games such as raban-playing and a tug-o-war.
The entire programme was focused on building cultural values in Lyceumers from their formative ages.
